You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days. The cancellation period will expire 7 days after the day you purchase the goods, or the actual possession of the goods by a third party (other than the carrier) outside the carrier. You should immediately send the goods back or hand them over to us, and in no case later than 7 days from the date you notified us to cancel this contract. Refunds will be made in the manner you have paid in the past.

Cancellation of orders:

We accept order cancellations before the product is processed. If the order is cancelled at that time, you will receive a full refund.

In the following cases, INKLAB will bear the return shipping costs:

In all other cases, the customer will bear the return shipping costs, such as:

Please note:

Customers should be aware that in some countries/regions, international imports may require some materials for customs clearance.

If the goods are returned due to the customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, the resulting freight loss will be borne by the consumer themselves. We can provide a complete list of consumption and the certificates required for the product. If required by customs, please contact us.

Return conditions

• All goods must be returned in the original sales state, without wear, cleaning or alteration, and still accompanied by all labels.

• All items must be returned together with the original packaging.

• All items must be returned in one package.

• Returns must be made using the same service as the original delivery.

• We can only accept returns in the country/region where the order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the United States must be returned from the United States

• Customised goods are not returnable.

• Unfortunately, returns are not free (imports and shipping costs will be charged at your own expense).

• If there are signs of wear or the product has been used or changed from its original state, we reserve the right to not accept any returns.

How to return a single item or the entire order?

Step 1: Please contact our customer service team to start the return process by providing the following information:

Purchase

Proof Video or photos of faulty products

Step 2: Insert the receipt together with the items into the original packaging.

Step 3: Fill in all three copies of the return form invoice form. Insert all copies into a transparent envelope and secure it to the packaging, do not close it. These documents are required by customs, so be sure to fill in all 3 copies.

Step 4: Hand over the package to the courier, after the courier checks the return, please safely close the package.

Step 5: When you deliver the items to the courier company, you need to remind us of your delivery and send the courier tracking number to us

Step 6: When we receive your refund items, we will carefully check whether it meets our refund conditions as listed above (we will confirm the inspection results within 3 days)

Return address information

There are two types of check results:

If it meets the refund conditions, we will accept the refund and send you an email to confirm. After confirmation, the funds will be refunded to the original payment account (the arrival date takes 7-15 days)

If it does not meet the refund conditions, we will reject your request, and you can choose to have the goods sent to you, but the shipping cost will be borne by you yourself.
